Ingredients:
1 tb olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large mushrooms, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 vegan vegetable stock cube, crumbled
2 tb maple syrup
400 g tofu natur, drained and pat-dried, crumbled
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the onion and cook until soft and translucent.
2. Add the rest of the vegetables, and sauté until they soften up.
3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and cook, until everything is heated up and any
excess moisture dries off.
4. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
5. Serve and enjoy!
